I'm skeptical. I work in杠杆融资，我们spreadcompson pharma deals that were out there last week, & we would've picked up an undervalue like this if it was legitimate. It sounds like this deals not actually there, legal issues, or it just doesn't have the legs to be worth it.
Banks tend to do deals with legit/firms/entreprenuers that they can call up a reliable source and get the scoop. If your guys already aren't in a network to find this on their own they've probably skipped a lot of details that's indicative of people that don't know what they're doing. I could be very wrong, but it doesn't pass the sniff test.
