This entirely depends on the person and their priorities. Making high 6 to 7 figures is enough to own an Aston so long as it is a priority of yours and you don't mind the endless amount of money that premium cars like that suck out of you.
Partner (late 30s) drives a 911 Turbo S, I think VPs+ at UMM/MFthat didn't have to do anMBAcould def easily get one, its just a matter or preference + if you're willing to spend that much money for a depreciating asset
In TX I tend to see senior guys with Teslas (3 or S), Range Rovers, and Porsches (911 or Taycan, wife usually has the Cayenne). VPs and Principals are usually more like your classic starter/mid-tier luxury options like BMW (M3, sometimes 5-series), Mercedes, Audi, etc.

If your office doesn't have any car people then you won't see anything crazy (probably some S class Mercedes type stuff). Even some very wealthy (billions) people I know drive around $30-40k cars while others have a fleet of cars. I worked with some car people (a couple Ferraris, mclarens, etc type cars). I went with the 911 turbo. No one really cares unless you come in dressed in full Ferrari F1 gear after your purchase.

My coworkers all drive standard luxury cars (Lexus, Audi, etc). The billionaire who runs owns family office drives a Mercedes GLE.
As a huge car guy I'm actually planning on pulling the trigger on an R8 either next year or the year after (considered the vantage, amg gt, and a pre-owned F430 but R8 is practically the easiest to own in a current situation where I don't have a fleet of cars to access lol). As someone with a long-term girlfriend who also makes some serious coin and enough cash flowing investments in place, I figure I want to have fun and get something I'm passionate about. Yes I can get totally flamed for that decision with regards to how much money it burns but I honestly don't care. I love cars and while we don't have kids or anything like that, why not enjoy. After all, you could die out of the blue one day and then what - do you want to go down not having what you truly love?

I'd say from this list you have to get rid of the F430. By now you're looking at a 3 gen old flagship Ferrari with a dog shit single clutch gearbox. Maintenance on the Ferrari will also cost more than the others. If you are a purest you gotta get that Vantage with the manual gearbox my guy!

Agree with this - do whatever you want to do with your cash and enjoy your life. Personally would do an aston when it makes $ sense, just not yet..
100% agree with your mentality as I'm a huge car guy myself. Just be aware of maintenance costs. Buddy of mine hade a gated v10 R8 and he got a head gasket leak. Repair required the motor to be pulled and the bill ran him $30-$40k... Just food for thought.

"Responsable way of spending" is something you say someone that is earning $50k/year and spends $60k in a car. For someone that has been pulling ¿$400k+? for a decent amount of years and has financial knowledge, this is just another purchase more.
