如何从T2转移到MBB
目前，我是在稳定T2（策略和/Lek/Kearney）工作的第一年，并想知道是否有可能横向到达MBBat the end of the year. Does anyone know how that process works/if they even recruit people with 9 months experience/how to manage it without employer finding out? And if anyone has done this before if they have any tips?

Where are you based? If in the UK, you'll have to apply through the normal uni recruitment in October if you don't have 2 years of work exp (you're only counted as an experienced hire and not an undergrad candidate once you reach the 2 yoe threshold)
