It's not really true… pretty sure all three at the moment are 85 base. "Lower tier" bb's are paying more in order to steal talent, but that's about all I can think of

Who really cares though. The people who are going to choosegschoosegs. If you're going to complain about a discount, you don't know the value thatgsprovides (ex- laymans prestige, solid alum base, etc.)
False! While the base figures are the same forGS(and this is onlyIB, other divisions do not follow this), the bonuses are definitely below par. TheGSdiscount is real for junior bankers and it's false to suggest otherwise
